普外科护理不安全因素分析及干预措施

【摘要】 目的:探究普外科护理中可能存在的不安全因素,以及相应的干预措施和处理效果,为提高护理人员业务水平与减少医患纠纷发生概率提供指导。方法:随机纳入20位护理人员,对其进行干预措施,即业务培训。并在培训前后对护理人员的不安全因素事件分别做调查,并调查患者的满意情况。对前后调查结果做对比。结果:根据记录结果,在接受培训后不安全事件发生情况明显较接受培训前要少,情况得到了明显改善。经过χ2检验处理后得出每种不安全因素的P值,均小于0.05,具有统计学意义。而培训前后的满意度调查显示,培训前患者较满意和满意人数总计8人。培训后患者较满意和满意人数总计16人。通过使用χ2检验处理后求得P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:干预措施起到了明显的良性作用。为了提高护理质量,减少医患矛盾与纠纷的发生概率,适当的不安全因素干预措施是有必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the possible unsafe factors of nursing in Department of general surgery,and the corresponding intervention measures and treatment effect,to improve the service level of nursing staff and provide guidance to reduce medical dispute occurrence probability.Methods:randomly into 20 nurses,intervention measures for its business training,i.e..And in training before and after the event of unsafe factors of nursing staff are investigated,and patients satisfaction survey.Compare the results before and after the investigation.Results:according to the records of the results,received training in unsafe events was significantly less training before,the situation has been significantly improved.After the 2 test was obtained after the treatment of every kind of unsafe factors of P value,were less than 0.05,with statistical significance.The satisfaction survey of training before and after the display,training before patients were satisfactory and satisfactory number of a total of 8 people.After training and the number of patients were satisfactory with satisfaction a total of 16 people.Is obtained by using the 2 test after P < 0.05 treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion:intervention has played a positive role of obvious.In order to improve the nursing quality,reduce the probability of occurrence of doctor-patient contradictions and disputes,proper intervention measures the unsafe factors is necessary.更多还原
