【摘要】 目的:研究合并高血压孕妇产后早期压力性尿失禁使用康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼治疗的临床效果。方法:选取100例我院2011.6-2013.6期间收治的产后早期压力性尿失禁合并高血压患者,将所有患者随机分为两组各50例,其中50例患者使用盆底肌锻炼进行治疗作为对照组,另50例患者在上述基础上两盒康复理疗进行治疗作为观察组。结果:治疗后对比两组患者发现,观察组患者在治疗总有效率上高达96%,好于对照组的74%,P<0.05;肌力恢复好于对照组,P<0.05;漏尿情况同样好于对照组,P<0.05。结论:康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼对于产后早期压力性尿失禁合并高血压患者有很好的治疗效果,值得临床应用及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the hypertension early pregnant women postpartum stress urinary incontinence use rehabilitation therapy combined the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy.Methods:choose 100 cases of our hospital during 2011.6 2013.6early postpartum stress urinary incontinence treated hypertension patients,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of 50 cases of patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment as control group,another 50 cases on the basis of the above two boxes of rehabilitation therapy treatment as observation group.Results:after treatment compared with two groups of patients,found that observation group of patients in the treatment on the total effective rate is as high as 96%,74% better than the control group,P<0.05;Muscle recover better than the control group,P<0.05;Leakage is also better than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion:the rehabilitation therapy combined pelvic floor muscle exercise for early postpartum stress urinary incontinence combined hypertension patients have very good treatment effect,worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
