内蒙古“黄岗玉”的宝石学特征
Gemological Characteristics of "Huanggang Jade"

【摘要】 "黄岗玉"是新近发现的玉石品种,产于内蒙古赤蜂市黄岗粱矿区,该玉常呈褐红、棕黄等色。本文利用偏光显微镜、红外光谱分析,X射线粉晶衍射、电子探针测试等方法,对"黄岗玉"的结构特征、矿物组成、颜色成因、红外吸收光谱等特征进行了研究。结果表明,"黄岗玉"的褐红色样品具较典型的玻基交织结构,主要组成矿物是长石和赤铁矿,是一种被硅质热液交代充填的安山岩,褐红色样品的致色原因与赤铁矿有关;棕黄色样品具有较典型的隐晶质结构,主要组成矿物为石英并合有少量黏土矿物,是一种硅质岩,棕黄色样品的致色成因与褐铁矿有关。
【Abstract】 "Huanggang jade" is a newly discovered "jade" material from Huanggang liang.Chifeng,Inner Mongolia.This kind of jade often shows brownish red and brownish yellow or other colors.The mineral composition and gemological characteristics of this material have been investigated using the polarizing microscope,infrared spectrometer.X-ray powder diffraction and electron probe analysis technique.The results show that brownish red sample of "Huanggang jade" with typical hyalopilite texture,is composed of feldspar,as the major mineral,and small amounts of hematite.It is a kind of siliceous hydrothermal metasomatic filling andesite.Brownish red coloration is due to hematite.The brownish yellow samples with cryptocrystalline texture are composed of mainly quartz crystals with small amounts of clay minerals.It is a kind of quartzite jade.Brownish yellow samples derive from limonite.
