天然与染色红珊瑚的紫外可见光光谱特征

【摘要】 本文利用紫外可见光分光光度计研究了几种常见的天然红珊瑚与染色红珊瑚的紫外可见光光谱特征。结果表明,天然红珊瑚与染色红珊瑚在紫外可见光区产生的吸收不同,天然深红至橙红色珊瑚具有明显312nm吸收带,450~550nm之间的宽吸收带;粉红至粉白色珊瑚除了具有红色、橙红色珊瑚的吸收带外,还具有明显的282nm吸收带及492nm、525nm的弱吸收带。染色红珊瑚大都不具有或具有极弱的312nm吸收,其不同色调而具有的吸收带的形态、位置、强度等特征与天然红珊瑚有所差异。紫外可见光光谱法是一种快速无损鉴别红珊瑚与染色红珊瑚的有效方法。
【Abstract】 The UV-Vis Spectroscopic features of natural and dyed red corals have been investigated by the spectrophotometer.It was found that the absorption bands in UV- Vis region of natural and dyed red corals are different.The natural dark red to orange red corals often have obvious312 nm absorption band and 450 ~550nm wide absorption band.The natural pink and pink white corals also have obvious 282 nm absorption band and 492nm、 525 nm weak absorption bands.The dyed red corals mostly display no or very weak 312 nm absorption band,and the features of absorption bands such as shape,position and intensity are different from that of the natural ones due to the different dyed tones.The natural and dyed red corals can be quickly and effectively identified by the UV- Vis spectra.
