2011年度新疆地震危险区地震灾害风险评估结果与2011年8月11日阿图什——伽师5.8级地震灾害的对比分析

【摘要】 地震危险区是未来1-3年可能发生破坏性地震的区域,实际地震发生与确定的年度危险区之间的对应率提示年度地震危险区也应成为地震灾害防御与应急工作需要关注的区域。年度地震危险区地震灾害风险评估是以地震危险区为研究对象,从地震地质、地震动估计、工程地质条件、易损性分析等多个研究角度出发,依托地震应急基础数据库预测地震灾害,分析灾害特征,确定灾害风险等级。2011年阿图什—伽师5.8级地震发生在年度地震危险区内。本文将年度地震危险区地震灾害风险评估结果与此次地震造成的震害现象、震害程度进行对比分析,提出在地震灾害风险评估中需要特别关注的问题。
【Abstract】 Earthquake risk regions are such areas that destructive earthquakes may occur in the following one to three years.In order to make preparations for earthquake emergency,earthquake disaster risk has been assessed based on the scope of spatial scale and magnitude of the potential earthquake,combining with the research on seismic geology,engineering geology,ground motion estimation and the earthquake emergency databases.On August 11,2011,a M5.8earthquake occurred in the South Tianshan earthquake risk region.That gave us a good opportunity to compare disasters with predicted results,then problems in earthquake disaster risk assessment on risk regions could be found,and methods and accuracy for assessment could be improved.
