木材胶合界面相的X射线密度表征及高斯解析

【摘要】 鉴于评估木材胶合及失效的力学模型的提出,获取模型所需的关于木材胶合界面的基本物理力学参数如密度分布,胶线厚度等就显得尤其重要。然而,现有文献对木材胶合界面的密度分布尚缺乏宏观统计上的充分了解。本研究采用X射线断面密度分析与高斯方程相结合的方法对木材胶合界面进行物理特性解析。胶合界面的密度分布特性和胶线由高斯方程的特征参数给出。X射线断面密度法是一种检测胶合界面分布的无损宏观统计技术,将有助于木质层合材胶合质量控制和快速评价。
【Abstract】 As the mechanical model for evaluating wood bonding and failure has been founded, it is very important to gain further understanding of the basic physical and mechanical parameters of bonding interface such as density profile and thickness of bond line. However, the density profile of wood bonding interface has not been fully understood on macrostatistical scale. This research is to characterize the density profile of wood bonding interface with a combined method by x-ray densitometry and Gaussian function fitting. The density distribution of bond interface and bond line is analyzed quantitatively with Gaussian function parameters. It is supposed that x-ray densitometry is a convenient and nondestructive technology to characterize the bonding interface and identify bond line, thus could be used in quality control and fast evaluation for wood laminated composites.
