超细WC-Co复合粉的批量合成及热喷涂喂料的制备研究

【摘要】 利用本研究组原创性开发的原位反应法一步合成超细WC-Co复合粉,该复合粉具有高纯度、粒径可控的特点,并且已实现批量化制备。对此超细WC-Co复合粉进行喷雾造粒以制备具有超细结构的热喷涂喂料。研究了料浆成分、喷雾干燥温度及热处理温度对造粒粉末物性的影响规律,并对超细WC-Co复合粉及热喷涂喂料的组织结构、成分进行了表征分析。结果表明,经工艺优化后批量制备的超细结构WC-Co热喷涂喂料中碳、氧含量均控制在合理水平,且具有优良的热喷涂工艺适应性,显示出原位反应合成技术在制备高性能超细结构硬质合金涂层方面具有重要的应用前景和良好的产业化能力。
【Abstract】 The ultrafine WC-Co composite powder was rapidly synthesized by the technique of in situ reactions, which is a novel method originally developed by our group and achieves batch preparation now. Spray granulation was then carried out using the as-synthesized composite powder with pure phases and controllable particle size to prepare the ultrafine structured thermal spraying feedstock. The influences of the slurry composition, the drying temperature and the heat treatment temperature on the physical properties of the agglomerated particles were investigated. The morphology, structure and composition of the composite powder and the thermal spraying feedstock were characterized. The results indicate that the thermal spraying feedstock prepared by the optimized processing parameters has suitable carbon and oxygen contents for the thermal spraying process. This shows that the technique of in situ reactions has important applications in industry to prepare ultrafine structured cemented carbide coatings with high performance.
