减磨涂层对高强度钢板冷冲裁过程影响的有限元模拟

【摘要】 随着对汽车环保、安全与轻量化要求的日益增加,超高强度钢应用开发越来越受到汽车行业的青睐。本文基于Deform 2D有限元软件平台,采用数值模拟技术,动态仿真了CPW800高强钢板与HR340LA钢的普通冲裁过程;并从抗磨减摩角度模拟了PVD涂覆Mo ST、GLC、Cr Mo N及Al Ti N涂层对冷作模具寿命的影响。结果显示:CPW800超高强度钢较HR340LA钢更难产生光亮带,冲裁模具所受的轴向载荷与等效应力更大;减磨涂层不同程度的减小了模具的等效应力,抗磨减磨涂层的研发对提高高强度钢冲裁模具寿命起着关键性的作用,但对高强钢的冲裁光亮带与轴向载荷影响不明显。

【Abstract】 There a gradually attraction in research and development in high strength steels to meet environmental protection, security and lightweight in automobile industry. In this paper, the blanking process of ultra-high strength steel CPW800 and HR340 LA steel were simulated by the FEM model based on the platform of the FEM software Deform 2D; effects of Mo ST, GLC, Cr Mo N and Al Ti N coatings on life of cold dies were simulated considering reducing friction in practice conditions. The results indicate that the ultra-high strength steel CPW800 shows lower degree bright belt than HR340 LA steel and undertakes higher axial loads and equivalent stresses; The lubricating coatings could, to different degree, reduce the equivalent stresses acted on die. Thus, research and developments in coatings play a important role to improve a life of cold working dies, These coatings hardly affects on the bright belts and axial loads of CPW800 in the blanking process.
