三种海洋防腐涂层加速腐蚀环境谱实验研究

【摘要】 为了发展高耐久性氟碳树脂钢结构防腐涂料和缩短高耐久防腐涂料的开发周期,针对氟碳船壳漆、氟丙船壳漆和氟碳清漆为面漆的三种船舶防腐涂层体系,进行了加速腐蚀环境谱研究,提出一种用于船壳涂层加速试验的腐蚀环境谱,该谱包括盐雾试验、浸泡和紫外照射试验环境模块。采用加速腐蚀环境谱试验方法研究了光滑和划痕试样的耐腐蚀性能,利用光泽度仪、体视显微镜和图像处理技术评估了三种涂层体系的耐久性。研究结果表明,氟碳漆防腐涂层体系耐久性最高,明显高于氟碳船壳漆和氟丙船壳漆涂层体系。涂层体系的防护性能与涂层厚度和防腐蚀机制密切相关。
【Abstract】 To develop long-term anticorrosive fluorocarbon coatings for protection of steel and to shorten exploitation period of this type coating, using the accelerated corrosion environmental spectra, three marine anticorrosive coatings systems with the Fluorocarbon hull coating, Fluoro/acrylate hull coating and Fluoro varnish were studied. A corrosive environmental spectrum, which includes salt fog test, immersion test and UV irradiation test blocks, was proposed for accelerated test of hull coatings. Endurance of the three systems was tested with scribed specimens and standard specimens, and evaluated by using glossimeter, stereo microscope and image process. The results show that the system with Fluoro varnish top coating has much better endurance than the others.
