高活化铝合金牺牲阳极的研制及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 通过添加Mg、Ga、Sn、In等活化元素,成功研制出了可以应用于复合牺牲阳极外层材料的高活化铝合金牺牲阳极材料,采用恒电流测试、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗等电化学测试手段,对阳极的电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该铝合金牺牲阳极在海水介质中,开路电位负于-1.5V(SCE),工作电位负于-1.4V(SCE),表面活性高,溶解均匀,具有较高的技术经济优势。
【Abstract】 A high active aluminum alloy sacrificial anode which can be used as the outer layer of the composite sacrificial anode was successfully developed by adding magnesium, indium, gallium, tin, bismuth. Electrochemical properties of the active sacrificial anodes were measured using constant current testing, dynamic polarization curves testing, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy etc. The results show that in the seawater the open potential of this anode was more negative than-1.5V(SCE), and the working potential was more negative than-1.4V(SCE), the anode with a high active surface and dissolution fairly was obviously advantageous to the technology and economy.
