厦门海域水华期间浮游植物群落演替及其与环境因子的关系(英文)
Phytoplankton Community Succession and its Relation toAbiotic Parameters During BloomingPeriod in Xiamen Sea,China

【摘要】 2000年6月至7月在厦门海域11个测站进行赤潮监测,6月28日至29日在西海域发生聚生角毛(Chaetoceros socialis)和金藻(Chromulina sp.)水华。根据表层浮游植物样品和同步观测的理化参数进行多元分析,揭示浮游植物群落演替和水华机理。聚类分析显示浮游植物聚群可分为与水华过程相关联的3个群落,群落Ⅰ位于半封闭性的水交换条件差的西海域,主要由微型浮游植物组成,这些赤潮原因种在赤潮爆发时剧增。群落Ⅱ位于受九龙江冲淡水影响较直接的外港,主要由低盐的小型浮游植物组成。群落Ⅲ位于受外海水影响较大的东北部,主要由广布性的小型浮游植物组成;主成分分析表明浮游植物细胞丰度与营养盐含量尤其铵氮密切相关;西海域样品因子载荷较大指示该海域富营养化程度比外港和东部海域严重。降雨是这次水华的激发因素,由其引起的降温抑制暖温性中肋骨条藻繁殖,促进寒冷性聚生角毛藻旺发;然而降雨带来的有机污染是水华的内在原因。此外,本文还讨论浮游植物水华优势种小型化与营养盐结构的关系。
【Abstract】 Red-tide routine monitoring was carried out at 11 stations in Xiamen sea from June to July,2000.During the investigation,the Chaetoceros socialis and Chromulina sp.bloom occurred in the western water from June 28 th to 29 th.Multivar iate statistical analys is on the phytoplankton water samples from surface water and simultaneous ly physic-chemical parameters,revealed the community succession and blooming mechanism of phytoplankton during the bloom event.Cluster Analysis showed that the phytoplankton assemblage could be classified into 3 communitiesassociated with the specific stages of the bloom.Community I,which is composed of micro-phytoplankton and multiplied rapidly during the bloom,was located in the enclosed western water with low water exchange.Community II,which is composed of micro-phytoplankton,was located in the outer harbor influened by the brackish water from Jiulong river.Community III,mostly composed of cosmopolitan phytoplankton,was located in the eastern water closeto the open sea.Principal Component Analysis(PCA) showed a positive relationship between phytoplankton cell abundance and nutrient concentration,especially that of NH3-N.The high factor loading scores from western water indicated that eutrophication situation inthisarea was more serious than that of the outer harbor and the eastern water.The rainfall was considered to be a key trigger of the bloom,which led to a sharp drop in temperature,and might be adverse to the growth of warm-temperate species Skeletonema costatum whilst favoring the growth ofboreal species Chaetoceros socialis.Nevertheless,Organic pollution due to the rainfallswith nutrient-rich freshwater was the intrinsic cause of the bloom.Furthermore,the miniatur ization of the bloom species may be related to phosphorus deficiency and the higher ratio of NH3-N to TIN.Fig 6,Tab 5,Ref 33
