废弃玻璃粉水热热压法制备泡沫玻璃

【摘要】 泡沫玻璃是一种性能优越的新型环保建筑材料。本文以废弃绿色啤酒瓶为原材料,将其磨制成粉与适量蒸馏水混合均匀,在水热温度200℃、压力8-20Mpa、反应时间45min的水热条件下形成水热玻璃压块,再以升温速率3-7℃/min、温度600-800℃、时间1-2h的煅烧条件在马弗炉中煅烧来制备泡沫玻璃。通过观察样品形貌、体积密度及抗压强度等性能,发现煅烧温度是影响产品质量的主要因素,最佳煅烧温度800℃,经此水热热压法制得的泡沫玻璃密度可达0.24g/cm~3左右,抗压强度可达1.5Mpa。

【Abstract】 Superior performance foamed glass is a new environmentally friendly building materials.The glass powder was well ground in a mortar with water,then the mixture was placed in the cylindrical chamber of an autoclave for HHP,compressed at8-20 MPa,and then heated to 200 ℃,the pressure and temperature were kept constant for 45 min.The glass compacts prepared by HHP were heated in muffle furnace for l-2h at a temperature in the range 600-800’C,the heat treatments were conducted at the range of 3-7 ℃/min.The morphology,bulk density and compressive strength of porous glass was measured,calcination temperature is a major factor affecting the quality of products and the best calcination temperature is 800℃,bulk density up to0.24g/cm~3,compressive strength up to 1.5Mpa.
