利用钼尾矿制备建筑装饰微晶玻璃的研究

【摘要】 本课题以CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃为研究对象,以部分铝尾矿和工业化学药品为原料,主要是对钼尾矿掺入比例进行调整,从而来研究钼尾矿含量对微晶玻璃的显微结构以及性能的影响。采用XRD、FESEM等现代测试方法来研究钼尾矿含量对微晶玻璃的析晶性能以及显微结构的影响,通过性能测试(抗折强度、硬度等)来分析钼尾矿含量以及显微结构对微晶玻璃性能的影响。经过实验和测试,得到了CAS系统微晶玻璃的铝尾矿含量-显微结构-性能之间的关系。研究结果表明:随着基础玻璃中钼尾矿含量的增加,微晶玻璃中主晶相β-CaSiO3的析出量也随之增加,但影响较小。微晶玻璃试样内部晶相与玻璃相相互咬合,晶相的结构呈现有规律的网状结构,这对微晶玻璃机械强度的增强均有着一定的促进作用。通过性能测试得到微晶玻璃的抗折强度可达67.5MPa,密度为2.71g/cm3,显微硬度则达到了649.93HV,同时线膨胀系数仅为5.89×10-6K-1

【Abstract】 The study took CaO-Al2O3-Si02 glass-ceramics as research objects.In this experiment,we use the molybdenum tailings and the industrial chemicals as materials.The main task is to adjust the composition of molybdenum tailings and then research in whether the content of molybdenum tailings has affected the microstructure and performances of the glass-ceramics or not.Making use of modern testing methods such as X-Ray Diffraction,Field emission scanning electron microscope and so on to study the microstructure of the glass-ceramics,then we can know the influences of the content of molybdenum tailings on the microstructure of the glass-ceramics.In order to analyze how the content of molybdenum tailings affected the properties of glass-ceramics,some performance testing such as the flexural strength and the hardness were done.By carrying out some experiments and tests,the results of the study show that with the increase of the content of molybdenum tailings,the main crystalline phase of p-CaSiO3 will increase,but the impact is slightly.The microstructure of the glass-ceramics shows that the crystalline phase and the glass phase are connected with each other.Moreover,the crystalline phase in the glass-ceramics is stacked in a regular,repeating pattern which formed the network structure.Thus,the main crystalline phase of p-CaSiO3 is benefit to promote the strength of the glass-ceramics.The obtained glass-ceramics show the properties of maximum bending strength of 67.5 MPa,density of 2.71 g/cm3,microhardness of 649.93 HV and coefficient of linear expansion is only5.89×10-6K-1.
