磷酸钾镁水泥的制备及抗压强度试验研究

【摘要】 磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)是一种新型的快硬早强胶凝材料,可以作为修补材料应用于工程修补中。通过正交试验,研究了酸碱组分比例(P/M)、硼砂掺量(B/M)及水灰比对抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明,随着P/M的减小,抗压强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,当P/M为1/3时抗压强度最高;随着B/M的增加,抗压强度反而降低;随着水灰比的增加,抗压强度逐渐降低。
【Abstract】 Potassium magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC) is a new type of high-early-strength cementation material.It can be applied to repairing as a kind of repair material.The influence of acid alkali ratio(P/M),the mixing amount of borax(B/M) and the water cement ratio on the compression strength were analyzed through orthogonal test.The result shows that the compression strength first increased and then decreased with decrease in P/M.The compression strength reach a peak value when the value of P/M equal to 1/3.The compression strength reduce with the increasing of B/M or water cement ratio.
