利用水泥窑尾系统处理污泥的热工分析

【摘要】 为分析污泥对水泥窑尾热工系统的影响,本文将水泥窑尾预热预分解系统划分为5个热工系统,建立了热量衡算方程。利用所建立方程,分析了污泥含水率、热值和掺量对窑尾系统热工参数的影响。提出了临界含水率和临界热值的概念,并得到不同污泥所对应的临界含水率和临界热值;含水率低于临界含水率的污泥,热值和掺量越大,系统各级温度变化率越大,能够节约的煤量也越大。热值大于临界热值的污泥,含水率越小,系统各级温度变化率越大,能够节约的煤耗也越大。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to analyze the impacts of sludge fed into the precalciner on thermal process of the preheating and precalcining system of cement production.Five independent thermal process systems were divided from the preheating and precalcining system,and heat balance equations were built.The solutions of the equations show us how the water content,calorific value and disposing amount of sludge affect the thermal process.This paper puts forward the concept of critical water content and critical calorific value,and figures out the critical water content and critical calorific value of different kinds of sludge.When the water content of sludge is lower than the critical content,the change rate of temperature will be larger and the coal consumption will be smaller,if calorific value and disposing amount of sludge become larger.When the calorific value is higher than the critical value,reducing the water content of sludge will increase the change rate of temperature and save more coal.
