植物纤维/玻璃纤维混杂增强乙烯基树脂复合材料性能研究

【摘要】 选择2种苎麻纤维机织布与玻璃纤维布混杂制备乙烯基酯树脂复合材料,研究不同混杂方式下复合材料的力学性能;评估改性剂对苎麻纤维增强乙烯基酯树脂复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,植物纤维与玻璃纤维混杂复合材料铺层结构不同,弯曲强度和模量变化较大,拉伸强度和模量变化较小;改性剂可显著提高复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度。
【Abstract】 Hybrid fibers consisted of ramie fiber and glass fiber reinforced composites were fabricated,and various hybrid types were employed to study the performances of composite laminates.The effects of modifying agent on ramie fiber/vinyl ester were also investigated.The results show that when the composites laminated structures are different,the bending strength and modulus of the composites largely change while the tensile strength and modulus of the composites change little.The modifying agent could greatly imporve both the tensile and bending strength of the composites.
