S2/Epc复合材料多功能性能研究
RESEARCH ON MULTIFUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS

【摘要】 研制了一种多功能复合材料,记为S2/Epc。S2/Epc复合材料采用环氧配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作复合材料单向板。S2/Epc单向板在低温(-40℃)的2种氟碳化合物(记为FTa、FTb)里分别浸泡1000h后,其复合材料单向板拉伸模量及复合材料外观无显著变化;S2/Epc复合材料单向板在FTa、FTb氟碳化合物里浸泡1000h后,拉伸强度保持率分别为98%和86%,拉伸模量保持率分别为99%和91%,层间剪切强度保持率均大于92%。
【Abstract】 A multifunctional composite materials,denoted S2/Epc is developed.S2/Epc,the composite materials unidirectional plate,was made with epoxy/anhydride,reinforced by high-strength glass fiber(S2),and produced by wet filament winging process.After the unidirectional plate were soaked in the two fluorocarbons(denoted by FTa and FTb) at low temperature of-40℃ for 1000 h,its tensile modulus and appearance showed no significant change.After the S2/Epc composite materials unidirectional plate was soaked in the fluorocarbons of FTa and FTb for 1000 h,the retention rates of tensile strength were 98%and 86%respectively;and the retention rates of tensile modulus were 99%and 91%respectively.In addition,the retention rates of inter laminar shear strength(ILSS) were both higher than 92%.
