内蒙古11种园林灌木耐寒性评价

【摘要】 采用人工模拟低温处理11种观赏灌木的材料的枝条进行耐寒性评价,探讨材料和季节间植物耐寒性和生理基础差异。结果表明在逐渐降温(0℃、-10℃、-20℃、-30℃)处理下,11种观赏灌木的低温伤害率在材料间和季节间的差异达到极显著和显著水平,该处理可以作为11种观赏灌木植物人工模拟半致死低温处理的适合方法。采用逐渐降温处理灌木冬春季枝条,测定相对电导率,计算植物伤害率和低温半致死温度,初步建立了人工模拟低温植物耐寒性间接评价体系。耐寒性评价结果显示11种灌木季节间耐寒性半致死温度差异显著:春季(-28.3℃)和冬季(-29.3℃)显著低于夏季(-18.6℃)和秋季(-18.4℃);说明植物耐寒性季节间不可互相代替,耐寒性评价一定采用冬春季枝条进行。综合评价11种植物耐寒性差异显著,耐寒性等级排序为:1级:07-黄刺玫;2级:06-玫瑰、10-红瑞木;3级:02-红丁香、05-连翘;4级:01-白丁香、03-紫丁香、04-暴马丁香、9-珍珠梅和11-柽柳;5级:8-榆叶梅。耐寒性生理基础研究显示11种植物的季节间耐寒性的生理基础不同。植物间耐寒性途径和物质存在多样性的特征。低温对细胞透性伤害是植物普遍性的生理损伤,能够作为评价植物细胞耐寒性程度的重要指标;丙二醛含量在部分植物中表现明显;POD活性在多数代谢旺盛的植物中作用明显;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的作用是比较普遍的;而脯氨酸仅在部分植物中作用明显。

【Abstract】 The use of artificial simulation of low temperature treatment 11 kinds of ornamental shrub branches evaluate cold resistance of materials,materials and plant cold resistance and physiological basis difference between seasons.Results show that the cooling(0℃,10℃,20℃,and 30℃) processing,11 kinds of ornamental shrubs low temperature damage rate between the material and the seasonal differences reached very significant and significant level.The processing can be used as 11 species of ornamental shrub plants artificial simulated lethal method is suitable for low temperature treatment1.The experiment using gradient cooling method processing branches,measure the relative conductivity of cells,the calculation of damage rate and the semi-lethal temperature at low temperature.We preliminarily established the plant cold resistance indirect evaluation system of artificial simulation low temperature.2.The evaluation results of cold tolerance show that 11 shrubssemi-lethal temperature has significant difference between 4seasons;spring(28.3℃) and winter(29.3℃) significantly lower than in summer(18.6℃) and autumn(18.4℃).That cannot replace each other between season to plant cold resistance,cold tolerance evaluation must adopt spring branches.3.The comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance show significant difference in 11 plants,the cold resistance rank as follows;level 1:07- Rosa xanthina;Level 2;06- Rosa rugosa,10- Comus alba;Level 3;02-Syringa villosa;05- Forsythia suspensa;Level 4;01- Syringa oblata var.alba,03-Syringa oblata,04-Syringa reticulata spp.amurensis,09-Sorbaria kirilowii and 11-Tamarix chinensis;Level 5;08-Prunus triloba.4.Cold resistance,11 plants physiological basis research shows the physiological basis of cold resistance between different seasons.Plant cold tolerance between the approach and the characteristics of existing material diversity.Low temperature on plant cell permeability damage is common physical injury,to plant cells as an important index of cold tolerance degree;Malondialdehyde content is evident in part of the plant;POD activity in most of the metabolism of plants obviously;The role of soluble sugar and soluble protein is common;And proline in only part of the plant effect is obvious.
