铅、锌及其复合胁迫对台湾泡桐幼苗生长及生理抗性的影响
Effects of Lead,Zinc and Their Combined Stress on Growth and Physiological Response of Paulownia kawakamii Seedling

【摘要】 通过水培法,研究了铅(Pb)和锌(Zn)及其复合胁迫对台湾泡桐(Paulownia kawakamii)幼苗生长与生理指标的影响。将台湾泡桐栽植于300mL培养瓶中,以1/2 Hoagland营养液培养7d,在100mg/L Pb处理下,台湾泡桐幼苗地下部鲜重较对照相比增加31.5%;其他处理与对照处理相比均不同程度减少。除了在100mg/L Pb处理下,台湾泡桐光合色素含量与对照处理相比没有显著差异之外,其他处理的光合色素含量都较对照处理有所减少。单因子Pb、Zn处理,台湾泡桐幼苗(根、茎、叶)丙二醛的含量与对照处理相比总体呈下降趋势,而Pb、Zn复合胁迫都显著上升。除100mg/L Pb处理,台湾泡桐积累的脯氨酸含量高于对照外,其他的处理均呈下降的趋势。在Pb、Zn单因子胁迫下台湾泡桐幼苗谷胱甘肽的含量较对照呈下降的趋势;但在Pb、Zn复合胁迫下,台湾泡桐谷胱甘肽酶活性较对照变化趋势不明显。研究结果表明,台湾泡桐对Pb单因子具有较强的耐受性,可以用于修复Pb污染的环境。
【Abstract】 This studies were carried out by hydroponics,in which the effects of lead(Pb),zinc(Zn) and its composite stress on seedling growth and physiological resistance of Taiwan paulownia(Paulownia kawakamii) were researched.The seedlings of P.kawakamii were planted in300ml- culture- bottle that treated with 100mg/L Pb in 50%Hoagland nutrient solution in 7d the fresh weight of underground seedlings increased by 31.5%than control(CK),and the other treatments decreased separately compared to CK.The chlorophyll concentration had no-significance difference comparing to 100 mg/L Pb treatment and CK,but the other treatments decreased separately.Malondialdehyde(MDA)content in roots,stem and leaves of P.kawakamii presented a downward trend d compared with the control treatment treating with single factor Pb,zinc treatment,but increased significantly in Pb,zinc compound stress.The proline accumulating in P.kawakamii was higher than CK in100mg/L Pb treatment,but the others showed a downward trend.Under single factor stress of Pb and Zn treating,glutathione levels in seedlings of Taiwan paulownia was lower than that of control showed a downward trend,which there were no significance different under the composite stress of Pb and Zn.The research results showed that the Taiwan paulownia had tolerance for Pb single factor stress that can be used to repair the Pb pollution of the environment.
