蝴蝶兰杂种一代的花朵材质、花斑及花型遗传分化的初步探讨
Heritable Characteristics of Flower Texture,Flower Pattern and Flower Shape of Phalaenopsis F1 Offspring

【摘要】 以大花型-粉底镶边-花瓣纸质-花型平整的Phalaenopsis‘Ruey Lih Beauty’(瑞丽美人)为母本,大花型-白底紫红斑块-花瓣纸质-花型内弯的Phal.SH127为父本进行常规杂交,对其F1代群体的花部性状分离进行研究分析。结果表明:杂交后代群体中出现了双亲都无的几大重要的花部性状,尤其值得关注的是花朵材质发生了明显规律的分离变异,其中出现了双亲都无的全蜡质纯色花的后代群体,同时花斑和花型也发生了多样性的分离变异现象,今后可以此为筛选优良单株或株系的主要指标,为部分花部性状的定向育种提供参考。
【Abstract】 Analyses of F,offspring characters separation from a cross-bred combination of Phalaenopsis ’Ruey Lih Beauty’(female parent,large type,pink ground color with mosaic pattern,papery petals,flat flower shape) with Phal.SH127(male parent,large type,white ground color with red-purple pattern,papery petals,concave flower shape) were studied in the paper.The results indicated that:F1 offspring have seperated some important flower characteristics which their parents haven’t.Particularly notable is the obvious regularity variation of flower texture in the offspring,which appears a kind of whole waxy with pure color flower offspring groups.At the same time,the flower pattern and flower shape also have the various characters separation.These characteristics could be the main candidate traits in selecting fine quality cultivars in the future,and this research could supply directed breeding reference for certain floral traits.
