草莓枯萎病的研究进展

【摘要】 随着草莓设施栽培产业的发展,草莓连作现象日趋严重。草莓枯萎病就是主要的土传性连作病害之一,严重影响草莓产业的持续、稳定、健康发展。本研究从病菌的形态学与分子鉴定、循环与传递、致病机理及其抗性的蛋白组学研究、枯萎菌的抗性遗传以及防治等方面来进行论述。同时指出目前的主要防治方法由于许多因素的影响,很难大面积推广。实践证明培育抗枯萎病品种是解决草莓枯萎病的切实可行的方法。因此通过分子标记技术对草莓枯萎病抗性位点进行QTL定位及其抗性基因进行研究来获得枯萎病抗性QTL位点及其相关的抗性基因,这对于研究草莓枯萎病的抗性遗传和高效育种等研究具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of protected cultivation of strawberry,the continuous cropping is gradually severe.Among them,Fusarium Wilt in strawberry is one of main diseases in soil-borne disease of continuous cropping,which can greatly affect the sustainable,stable and healthy development in strawberry industry.The identification of morphology and molecular technique of this pathogen,circulation and transference of Fusarium Wilt,possible pathogenesis and resistance proteomics in strawberry,innoculation and genetics of resistance as well as control methods were reviewed.Finally,the main way to prevention and cure the Fusarium Wilt in strawberry was hard to generalize with a large area as a result of many reasons.The practice proves that the effective way to solve the Fusarium Wilt in strawberry is to breed the resistant varieties with high quality Therefore,in order to acquired QTLs loci for Fusarium Wilt resistance in strawberry and related resistance genes,QTL mapping for the Fusarium Wilt resistance in strawberry and the study of related resistance genes were carried out by molecular markers,which will possess a significance to resistance genetics in strawberry and efficient breeding.
