EMS诱导草莓突变体的初步研究

【摘要】 以‘丰香’草莓为试材,采用EMS化学诱变剂处理种子,以构建草莓突变体库,为草莓的新种质创制奠定基础。结果表明,EMS的适宜处理浓度为0.8%,EMS处理对八倍体草莓种子的萌发率无显著影响初步构建了‘丰香’草莓的突变体库。对由EMS处理后播种获得的幼苗进行田间观测,筛选得到一批表型发生显著变化的单株,变异率约为1%,变异大多发生于叶片和果实。

【Abstract】 The seeds of strawberry(Fragaria × ananassa cv.’Toyonoka’) were treated with a chemical mutagen,ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS),and construct a strawberry mutant library,which would be helpful for the germplasm enhancement.The results showed that the suitable concentration of EMS treatment is 0.8%,and EMS treatment has no significant influence on the germination rate(~90%) of strawberry seeds.Also,we established a method for mutant from octoploid strawberry seeds induced by EMS,and generated a preliminary mutant library.The phenotype showed that the mutation rate is about 1%and the changes of agronomic traits occur mostly at leaves or fruits.
