一种减少八仙花组培苗气根的新型培养方法探讨

【摘要】 本研究以从荷兰新引进的优良八仙花品种‘Hydl’为材料,进行了组培苗生根研究。通过组培生根基质的比较,获得了减少八仙花组培苗气根的配方,其最佳配方为60mL珍珠岩+30mL液体培养基(1/2 B5+0.5mg/L IBA)。30d后生根率和移栽成活率达到100%。
【Abstract】 Hydrangea macrophylla ’ Hydl’ terminal buds which were introduced from Holland were used as explants for rooting.Through the comparison of the rooting medium,we acquired the formula of reducing aerial roots of Hydrangea tissue culture,the best formula was 60 mL perlite +30mL liquid medium(1/2B5 +0.5mg/L IBA).The rooting rate and transplanting survival rate were as high as 100%after 30 days.
