【Abstract】 Hydrangea macrophylla ’ Hydl’ terminal buds which were introduced from Holland were used as explants for rooting.Through the comparison of the rooting medium,we acquired the formula of reducing aerial roots of Hydrangea tissue culture,the best formula was 60 mL perlite +30mL liquid medium(1/2B5 +0.5mg/L IBA).The rooting rate and transplanting survival rate were as high as 100%after 30 days.更多还原
