【摘要】 以中国石蒜的花序为外植体,进行了组织培养快速繁殖技术的研究。结果表明:花序外植体用0.1%的氯化汞溶液灭菌13~14min效果最好。盛花期为最佳取材时间,不定芽数目最多(达到6.3个)。不同的激素配比实验表明:MS+6-BA5.0~7.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L为比较适宜的中国石蒜花序诱导培养基。在理想的根分化培养基MS+NAA1.0mg/L上,生根率达到81%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tissue culture technology of rapid propagation of Lycoris chlnensis was studied with the inflorescence axis used as explants.The results showed that the inflorescence explants with sterilization by 13-14 min 0.1%mercuric chloride solution worked best.Flowering time was the proper sampling time,at this time the number of induced adventitious bud differentiation was largest(reach:6.3).Hormone ratio experiment indicates that:MS + 6-BA5.0-7.0mg/L + NAA0.5mg/L was more appropriate induction medium for Lycoris chinensis inflorescence axis.MS + NAA1.0mg/L was the proper root induction medium;the rooting rate reached 81%.更多还原
