矮牵牛矮小突变体Pdrawfl形成的生理机理初步分析

【摘要】 本研究对矮牵牛矮小突变体Pdrawf1外源喷施赤霉素表明,突变体Pdrawf1为赤霉素部分缺陷敏感型突变体。通过对赤霉素合成的第1个关键酶基因GA1的qRT-PCR分析,结果表明,在突变体茎中,GA1基因的表达显著降低,而在其他器官中未见异常。GA1基因在茎中表达降低可能是导致赤霉素在茎中合成降低和茎变小的原因;而突变体叶片和花变小,可能存在与茎不同的生理分子机理。
【Abstract】 Through spraying gibberellin(GA) on the dwarf mutant of Petunia hybrid named as Pdrawfl,the results indicated that mutant Pdrawfl is a partially deficit gibberellin-sensitive mutant.The qRT-PCR analysis show that expression of GA1 gene,the first key enzyme gene of gibberellin synthesis,is significantly reduced in the stem of the mutant,while was normal in other organs.The lower expression of G41 gene could be the cause of reduction of gibberellin content in the stem.The cause of smaller stem may be different from leaf and flower.
