蝴蝶兰花瓣的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 为探究蝴蝶兰花瓣表层蜡质的显微形态结构特征和差异性,本研究采用扫描电子显微镜分别对蝴蝶兰原生种和自有登录品种的蜡质花与纸质花进行观察对比。结果表明,原生种与栽培品种的蜡质花种质的花瓣表层均有覆盖物,细胞排列紧密平滑;而原生种与栽培品种的纸质花种质的花瓣表层均无覆盖物,细胞排列松散且凹凸不平;仅在纸质花品种‘红梅’的花瓣表皮中发现了气孔。以上明显的蜡质花区别于纸质花的花瓣显微结构,将对植物花部器官的蜡质研究提供很好的参考。
【Abstract】 Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to explore the petal microstructure differences of Phalaenopsis.In this research,the waxy flower kind compared with the papery flower kind between the native species and cultivated cultivars were studied,respectively.The results showed that the petal surface of both native and cultivated waxy flowers had covering,the cells were arranged close and smooth;however,the petal surface of both native and cultivated papery flowers had no covering,and the cells were arranged loose and uneven.Stomata were only found in the cultivated papery cultivar Phalaenopsis’ Frigdaas Peach’.These obvious microstructure differences between the waxy and the papery flower kinds could provide good reference for the flower wax research.
