ESR波谱法检测辐照中成药颗粒制剂

【摘要】 研究中药颗粒制剂经60Co-γ射线不同剂量辐照诱导的ESR波谱特征,辐照剂量与信号强度、贮存时间与峰值之间的相互关系。结果表明:辐照前后ESR波谱峰值有明显差异,ESR信号强度随辐照样品吸收剂量的增加而增强;样品在室温下保存120d,ESR信号强度逐渐减弱,但信号不会消失。据此可以判别区分辐照与未辐照的中药颗粒制剂样品。
【Abstract】 The characteristic of ESR spectrum of Chinese patent medicines irradiated by 60Co-γ ray at different doses was studied.The relationship of intensity of ESR signal with irradiation doses,and storing time with peak value,respectively,was also discussed.The result showed that the ESR spectrum were obviously different at the presence or absence of irradiation.The intensity of ESR signal increased with the increasing of irradiation dose,but decreased with the expanding of storage time with a linear correlation.The intensity of ESR was weakened gradually during the store at room temperature for 120 days,but the ESR signal could be still detected,which could be used to easily distinguish irradiated Chinese patent medicines samples from those unirradiated.
