7级串联FLTD脉冲源的设计与初步调试

【摘要】 研制了24支路并联的FLTD模块,其直径1.4 m,高度21 cm,支路由12 nF/100 kV双端出线的低电感塑壳电容器和1只三电极气体开关构成。利用该模块建立了7级串联FLTD脉冲源及触发等系统,同步触发系统可输出32路脉冲,高阻时输出触发脉冲电压峰值140 kV、前沿约20 ns;初步调试结果为:7级串联FLTD连接7.3Ω水溶液电阻负载、模块电容器充电电压±55 kV时,输出电压峰值约440 kV,电流峰值约64 kA,前沿约为32 ns,半高宽约为220ns;连接100 nH电感负载、充电电压±70 kV时,短路电流达184 kA,前沿100 ns。

【Abstract】 The Fast Linear transformer Driver(FLTD) module is developed with 24 parallel bricks composing of two double-terminal 12 nF/100 kV capacitors with plastic shell and one three-electrode field distortion gas switch,the module diameter and the height is 1.4 meters and 21 centimeters,respectively.Based on the modules,the FLTD pulsed driver with 7-stage in series and its triggering generator with 32 output pulses are build up.The peak voltage and the rise time of the triggering pulse is 140 kV and about 20 ns.The primary experimental results are as followed:the output voltage of 440 kV,the current of 64 kA,the full width half magnitude of 220 ns and the risetime of 32 ns when the charging voltage of the FLTD module is ±55kV and the load is 7.3 MΩ,NH4Cl liquid resistor.The current of 184 kA and the risetime of 100 ns when the charging voltage of the FLTD module is ±70kV and the load is 100 nH inductance.
