多级层叠Blumlein脉冲形成线研究

【摘要】 紧凑型固态化是脉冲功率技术发展的趋势。为了实现脉冲功率系统的紧凑小型化和固态集成化,设计了基于固态陶瓷平板传输线技术、高功率GaAs光导开关技术以及激光二极管触发技术为一体的多级层叠Blumlein脉冲形成线倍压器。开展了单级、两级以及四级Blumlein脉冲形成线实验,结果表明:各级Blumlein脉冲形成线均能产生脉宽为ns量级且具有平顶的短脉冲高压,通过多个单级Blumlein线层叠可以获得高幅值、短脉冲的高压输出。其中,四级Blumlein脉冲形成线倍压器可以输出脉宽约10 ns,幅值78 kV,平顶约5 ns的高压短脉冲。
【Abstract】 The developmental tendency of pulsed power technology is compact and solid-state.In order to achieve the compact-miniaturization and solid-state-integration,a multi-stages stacked Blumlein pulse forming lines generator was designed,which consists of solid-state planar transmission lines,high-power GaAs photoconductive semiconductor switches and trigger technology by laser diode.The experiments of Single-stage,Double-stages and Four-stages Blumlein lines were performed.The results shown that the pulsed high-voltages with nanosecond width and flat-top were generated by single-stage or multi-stages Blumlein lines.The pulsed high-voltage of higher amplification and shorter pulse width could be generated by the stacking with multi-Single-stage Blumline lines.Where the Four-stages Blumlein lines generator could output the 78 kV high-voltage pulse with 10 ns pulse width and 5 ns flat-top width.
