形变处理对RPV模拟钢中富Cu原子团簇析出的影响
The Effect of Cold-Rolled Deformation on the Precipitation of Cu-rich Clusters for RPV Model Steel

【摘要】 提高了Cu含量的核反应堆压力容器(RPV)模拟钢在880℃保温0.5 h,进行固溶处理,水淬。随后样品在660℃保温10 h进行调质处理,空冷,并选取部分调质态样品进行50%压下量的冷轧变形。分别将调质态、冷轧态样品在400℃保温1 000 h进行时效处理,并通过APT观察富Cu原子团簇的析出情况,获得如下结果:调质态样品时效1 000 h后,析出的富Cu原子团簇数量密度为4.8×1022m3,团簇平均等效半径为1.19 nm,团簇中Cu平均含量为44.7 at%;冷轧态样品时效1 000 h后,析出的富Cu原子团簇数量密度为1.4×1023m3,团簇平均等效半径为0.75nm,团簇中Cu平均含量为68.2 at%。冷轧变形使基体中产生了大量的空位和位错等缺陷,这可以为Cu原子的扩散提供通道,从而促进富Cu原子团簇的形成。
【Abstract】 The specimens of nuclear reactor pressure vessel model steel with higher copper contents were austenitized at 880 ℃ for 0.5 h,water quenched,and then tempered at 660 ℃ for 10 h,some of which were further cold-rolled by a rolling reduction of 50%.After aging at 400 ℃-1 OOOh,the precipitation of Cu-rich clusters in the two different specimens was investigated by atom probe tomography.The results indicated that the number density,equivalent average radius and Cu contents of Cu-rich clusters for the tempered specimens were 4.8 × 1022 m-3,1.19 nm and 44.7 at%,respectively,while those for the cold-rolled specimens were 1.4×1023 m-3,0.75 nm and 68.2 at%.High densities of dislocations and vacancies were produced during the process of cold-rolling,which provided paths for the diffusion of copper,thus facilitating the formation of Cu-rich clusters.
