时效处理对不同轧制态2205双相不锈钢耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 2205双相不锈钢在一定温度下时效处理会产生析出相,冷轧变形处理会影响析出相析出,进而影响其耐蚀性能。文本研究了热轧与冷轧2205双相不锈钢析出相与腐蚀规律的联系。利用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)配合能谱仪(EDS)观察了析出相显微组织的变化,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对冷轧变形过程中可能出现的应变诱发马氏体及析出相进行分析。结果表明,在850℃时效会依次析出x相和σ相,经冷轧变形处理的试样会产生更多的σ相,显著降低其耐蚀性。而变形过程中产生的应变诱发马氏体也会影响选择性腐蚀规律。

【Abstract】 Secondary phases can precipitate after aging treatment in 2205 duplex stainless steel,and cold rolling deformation will influence its precipitating behavior,which will influence corrosion properties of duplex stainless steel.Correlation between secondary phase precipitation and corrosion behavior was studied by employing optical microscope(OM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) with energy- dispersive spectrum(EDS) system to observe microstructure changes of precipitates.X-Ray diffraction technique was used to detect strain-induced a’ martensite and other precipitates during cold rolling deformation.The results showed that x and <x phase precipitated successively with prolonging aging time,and the fraction-of σphase would be enhanced by plastic deformation,decreasing corrosion resistance behavior obviously.Strain- induced martensite caused by plastic deformation would influence selective corrosion as well.
