石脑油管线断裂原因分析
Analysis on Fracture Cause in Naphtha Pipeline

【摘要】 在北方冬季某石化公司的一条石脑油管线在输送油流时突然断裂。通过对该管线断口的宏观和微观分析,对管线材料化学成分、显微组织的检验,以及对管线材料进行常温、低温冲击试验等,确认该管线断裂性质属于低温脆断。
【Abstract】 A naphtha pipeline of a certain petrochemical company fractured suddenly in service in the cold winter of north China.The fracture was verified to be brittle fracture under low temperature by using macrofractography,microanalysis for fracture,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and impact tests under both ambient and low temperature.
