【摘要】 中国石油大学(北京)面向石油行业需求,积极探索地质工程专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施,确定了地质工程专业卓越工程师的培养目标和要求,校企合作共同制定了企业培训课程体系。与克拉玛依政府及其驻地企业联合成立的中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依工程师学院作为卓越工程师实践教育基地,学校从师资引进、培养等方面制定了一系列政策来提升师资队伍的工程经验,建设了一支具有丰富工程经验的师资队伍。构建了完备的地质工程专业卓越工程师企业培养体系,为卓越工程师培养目标的实现打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Catering for the demands of petroleum industry,China University of Petroleum(Beijing) explores the implement of "outstanding engineering education training plan" actively,ascertains the training goal and requirements of outstanding engineer of geological engineering specialty.The school carries out the system of enterprise-training program in cooperation with enterprises,and takes Karamay engineer school of China University of Petroleum(Beijing),which is established by uniting the Karamay government and the resident enterprises,as the practical education bases.It promotes its faculty’s engineering experience from a series of policies,such as introducing and training teachers and so on,and builds a faculty team full of engineering experience.Constructing a perfect outstanding engineer enterprise-training system of geological engineering specialty is to make a foundation to the implement of the outstanding engineer training goal.更多还原
