【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下放置定位针联合体表投影标记(双定位法)在不能扪及乳腺病灶切除中的应用价值。方法超声引导下将定位针放置于乳腺病变内,同时在皮肤行体表标记。结果超声引导下对54例乳腺低回声结节及7例钼靶发现的钙化灶术前放置定位针。其中3例超声扫查可显示钙化灶,另外4例患者普通超声检查未见异常,对照钼靶所示钙化灶位置行超声造影后相应部位可见局灶性高增强,超声引导下将定位针放置于高增强灶内。7例乳腺钙化灶患者术后标本行钼靶检查,证实钙化灶已切除。结论超声引导下放置定位针联合体表投影标记可帮助外科医生准确切除不能扪及的乳腺病灶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound- guided puncture combining with body mark to localization non-palpable breast lesions in surgical excision.Methods Under ultrasound guidance,needles were placed in the central or edge of the 61non- palpable breast lesions in 58 women and at the same time body mark were made on the skin before surgery.Results All 61 breast lesions were removed successfully.Pathological results showed that 5 of mem were malignant,3 atypical hyperplasia and one53 of them were benign lesions.Conclusions This method can help reducing the operative time and accurately locating the non-palpable lesions.更多还原
