稻壳炭对水稻抗逆生理生化特性的影响

【摘要】 以杂交晚稻岳优518和常规晚稻湘晚籼12号为试验材料,设置土壤表层10 cm稻壳炭体积含量为A(0)、B(0.25%)、C(0.5%)、D(1%)、E(2%)和F(4%)处理,研究稻壳炭对水稻抗逆生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:水稻叶片的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性随着土壤中稻壳炭的施入量的增加呈上升的变化趋势。岳优518和湘晚籼12号孕穗期,分蘖期和灌浆期的叶片相对电导率与土壤中稻壳炭的施入量呈负相关。这说明稻壳炭作为土壤调理剂的施用将改善水稻的抗逆能力。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of rice husk charcoal on the physiological and biochemical resistance of rice,hybrid rice Yueyou 518 and conventional rice Xiangwanxian 12 were used experimental materials,we set up the rice husk charcoal and 10 cm deep surface soil volume percentage treatments of A(0),B(0.25%),C(0.5%),D(1%),E(2%) and F(4%).The results showed that the enzyme activity of peroxidase,catalase and superoxide dismutase in rice leaf were increased trend as the soil volume percentage of rice husk charcoal increased.The relative electrical conductivity in Yueyou 518 and Xiangwanxian 12 leaf at tillering,booting and filling stage were negatively correlated with the amount of rice husk charcoal.This indicated that rice husk carbon as a soil conditioner application will improve the rice resistance ability.
