【摘要】 本文系统介绍两优289母本核心种子生产、海南冬季繁殖技术,以及父本生产繁殖技术,为两优289制种生产提供合格优良的亲本。2013年1892S不育系1892S繁殖15.3hm~2,平均有效穗226.5万/hm~2,每穗总粒数165.5粒,实粒数138.9粒,结实率83.9%,千粒重23.0g,产量5788.5kg/hm~2,纯度达99.98%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The standard operation procedure of producing seeds of the parental lines of Liangyou-289 was established with the purpose of providing high quality parental seeds for producing the two-line rice hybrid.A total area of 15.3 ha was used to produce the sterile line,i.e.1892 S,in 2013.On average,there produced 2.265 million panicles per ha,with 165.5 spikelets per panicle.The rice seed setting rate was 83.9%as 138.9 seeds were harvested from each panicle.Thousand-seed weight of 1892 S was 23.0 grams.The yield of the line reached 5788.5 kg/ha and the purity of the produced seeds was over 99.98%.更多还原
