配FRP连接件预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙研究进展

【摘要】 预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙由内叶混凝土剪力墙、外叶混凝土围护墙板、夹心保温层和连接件组成,是一种保温与承载一体化的剪力墙体系。该体系的突出优点是保温性能好、保温体系与结构同寿命,是今后预制混凝土剪力墙体系的发展方向之一。FRP连接件因其强度高、耐久性好、导热系数低等特点被广泛用于预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙中。本文对国内外配FRP连接件预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙的研究进展进行了较为系统的介绍,重点介绍了FRP连接件的力学性能和耐久性能以及预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙的力学性能与抗火性能研究成果。最后,对预制混凝土夹心保温剪力墙今后的研究方向作了展望。

【Abstract】 Precast concrete sandwich shear wall, which is structurally and thermally efficient, is composed of interior concrete shear wall, exterior cladding panel, sandwich insulation and connectors. Precast concrete sandwich shear wall has the outstanding features of good thermal insulation and can realize the same life span of thermal insulation and structure. This kind of wall is one of the trends of precast concrete shear wall in the future. FRP connectors have been applied extensively in precast sandwich shear walls owing to its advantages, such as high strength, durability and low heat conductivity coefficient. This paper reviewed the researches of precast concrete sandwich shear wall with FRP connectors. The emphases of this paper are the mechanical performance and durability of FRP connector as well as mechanical performance and fire resistance of precast concrete sandwich shear wall. Finally, the future research on the precast concrete sandwich shear wall with FRP connectors is prospected.
