湿热环境下CFRP-混凝土界面粘结-滑移关系的实验研究

【摘要】 对于我国南方和沿海地区的FRP加固混凝土结构,湿热的大气环境对FRP-混凝土界面粘结性能的有不利影响,研究湿热环境下界面的粘结-滑移关系对于评估加固结构的耐久性具有重要的意义。为了探讨经过湿热预处理后FRP-混凝土界面的粘结-滑移关系,本文制作了碳纤维薄板(CFL)加固混凝土的双剪试件,在不同的温湿度环境下,对静载下CFL-混凝土界面的粘结-滑移关系进行了实验研究。根据实验结果,提出考虑湿热环境影响Popovics函数形式的界面粘结-滑移关系模型,该模型给出了温度、湿度条件与函数特征值及界面延续参数的关系式。

【Abstract】 For the concrete structures strengthened by FRP in south China and coastal areas, the hygrothermal environment has an adverse effect on the behavior of bond interface between FRP and concrete. Therefore it’s necessary to study the bond-slip relationship of FRP-concrete interface under hygrothermal environment to evaluate the durability of the strengthened structures. In order to investigate the bond-slip relationship of the interface between FRP and concrete after hygrothermal environment pretreatment, the double shear specimens with carbon fiber laminate(CFL) reinforced concrete members were produced, and the experimental study on performance of the interface between CFL and concrete with different hygrothermal environment was carried out. A bond-slip model considering hot and humidity effect was proposed based on the experimental results. Comparing the existing model, it had characteristics such as: 1) the relationship between the eigenvalue in the proposed model and hot-humidity effect were offered; 2) a formula about the ductility parameters of interface and hygrothermal environment were built in this article.
