钢-FRP复合筋混凝土梁截面弯矩-曲率性能初探
Preliminary Study on Moment-curvature Behavior of Concrete Beams Reinforced by Steel-Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite Bars

【摘要】 钢-连续纤维复合筋(SFCB)是一种在钢筋外侧包覆高耐久性的纤维复合材料(FRP)而形成的复合筋,充分利用钢筋和FRP筋各种性能特征的优势互补,具有高模量、高耐久和低成本等综合优势,可以较好解决普通钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的腐蚀问题。本文基于纤维模型首先对SFCB增强混凝土梁试验荷载-位移曲线进行了较好模拟,进而开展了截面层次上的弯矩-曲率性能初步分析,研究了SFCB断裂应变、SFCB材性二次刚度比、截面高宽比和等效配筋率等指标对SFCB梁截面弯矩曲率的影响。发现了SFCB梁截面存在最大可能曲率和两个界限配筋率,推导并拟合了相关计算公式,研究结果可供SFCB梁工程设计参考。
【Abstract】 Steel-FRP(fiber reinforced polymer) composite bar(SFCB) is a kind of novel rebar combined with inner steel bar and outer FRP, with the advantages of high modulus, good durability, and high performance-price ratio. The tested load-deflection curves of SFCB reinforced concrete beams is firstly simulated, and preliminary study on moment-curvature behavior of concrete beams reinforced by SFCB is conducted by using fiber model consequently. The parameters including SFCB rupture strain, post-yield stiffness ratio, section depth/width ratio, and the equivalent reinforcement ratio. The numerical results of the peak curvatures demonstrate that there exists a maximum possible peak curvature(MPPC) and two balanced reinforcement ratios, the corresponding computational formulas are proposed, which can be as reference for the design of SFCB reinforced concrete beams.
