【摘要】 留学生公共外交有着双重内涵。它带有鲜明的校园教育色彩,其发展体现出比较强烈的政治风向,而且面向未来的特色较为鲜明。全球化的迅速推进,使得留学生公共外交对于国家实现经济发展、发展对外联系、维护意识形态和参与全球治理等方面的利益日益重要。伴随着中国国际教育事业的进步,留学生公共外交可以在国家的整体公共外交战略中起到重要作用。为此,中国应当顺应潮流,从转变观念、改变体制、加强管理和优化操作等方面入手,推动留学生公共外交事业走上新台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public diplomacy by international students has dual connotations. With vivid characteristics of campus education, its development reflects relatively strong politicaltrends, and has distinctively future-oriented features. Rapid globalization has made such public diplomacy increasingly important for a country in developing its economy and foreign relations, protecting its ideology and participating in global governance. Along with the development of China’s international education, public diplomacy conducted by Chinese students overseas can play an important role in the overall public diplomacy strategy in our country. Thus, China should adapt it self to the trend, transform the old mindset, change the mechanism, strengthen management and optimize operations to promote sound development of public diplomacy.更多还原
