【摘要】 以钝化黑索今、铝粉为原料,采用机械干混法制造了钝黑铝炸药,研究了降感处理工艺条件对该炸药感度的影响。采用爆炸概率法测试炸药的感度。结果表明,经降感处理后,炸药的机械感度明显降低,撞击感度由80%以上降至20%以下,摩擦感度由70%以上降至10%以下;降感后的炸药颗粒表面密实性较好,炸药组分间黏结紧密,防止了铝粉离析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The explosive composition DHL(desensitized RDX-AL) was manufactured by mechanical dry-mixing process using desensitized RDX and AL powder as the raw materials.The effect of the process conditions of sensitivity decreasing treatment on the sensitivity is studied.Explosion probability method is used to test the sensitivity of explosive.The results show that after the treatment,the mechanical sensitivity is decreased obviously,the impact sensitivity decreased from 80%to below 20%,the friction sensitivity decreased from 70%to below 10%,the compactivity of the particle surface is good,the composition bonding tightly,thus the AL powder separation is avoided.更多还原
