【摘要】 本文研究了铸铁用球形砂的理化及铸造工艺性能,着重分析了球形砂的粒度、酸耗值和膨胀性能对砂芯质量的影响,并和其它制芯原砂进行了比对。进行了试验室的试验及生产验证试验。经试验所挑选出的金耐源陶瓷球形砂(或陶瓷砂)性能良好,在公司一些缸体水套三乙胺冷芯上得到了成功应用,解决了粘砂、脉纹等难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 the physical and chemical properties of spheral sands for cast iron as well as their properties on core making process were investigated in this paper.The influences of sand granularity,acid demand value and elevated temperature expansion on sand core qualities were stressed,the comparisons with other raw sands for core making were made not only on lab test,but on the casting production.A spheral sand made by Jin- Nai- Yuan company in china was prick off and found good performances on the water jacket core making with cold box method and some foundry defect preventing,for example,veining and bum on,was proved.更多还原
