【摘要】 目的评价同类型决策单元的运行效率,为改进无效单元提供有价值的信息。方法选取我院具代表性的三个科室作为研究对象,分别为DEA的一个DMU,建立C2R模型,评价2015年1月这三个科室的工作效率。结果 B科和C科现有规模是DEA有效的,相对于A科而言,具有规模相对有效性。A科要达到B科和C科的效率,需要调整现有模式。结论 DEA模型是一种帮助决策单元提高效率的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluate the efficiency of the same type DMU,in order to improve the invalid unit.Methods Choose 3representative departments in the hospital as research objects,as a DMU of DEA.Establish C2 R model,evaluate the efficiency of this 3 departments in 2015 January.Results The existing scale of B and C are effective in DEA,compared with the A department,are relatively effective.If A want to achieve the same effectiveness as B and C,A need to adjust the existing mode.Conclusions DEA is one of an effective methods to help improve the efficiency of DMU.更多还原
