POA/改性蒙脱土纳米复合降凝剂的制备及对含蜡原油降凝降粘的效果研究

【摘要】 本文通过溶液自由基聚合合成了聚丙烯酸十八酯降凝剂(POA),并与改性蒙脱土(OMMT)熔融共混制备了纳米复合降凝剂(POA/OMMT),用于改善含蜡原油的低温流变性。使用XRD、TEM、FT-IR、SEM等表征手段对复合降凝剂进行了表征,综合运用凝点测量、流变性测量、偏光显微镜等手段研究了复合降凝剂对含蜡原油的改性效果,实验结果表明加剂量为100ppm的复合降凝剂可使长庆原油凝点降低7℃,并大幅度降低实验油样粘度,降粘率可达80%,同时降低其静态屈服值。同时,综合实验数据阐述了POA/OMMT复合降凝剂的降凝降粘机理。

【Abstract】 The chemical agent which isadded to improve the lower temperature rheology of waxy crude oil has been widely used in waxy crude oil recovery,storage and transportation.This paper intends to synthesis of polyoctadecyl acrylate pour point depressant(POA),and nano composite depressant is prepared via melt-blending with the nano-modified montmorillonite,which is used to improve the lower temperature rheology of waxy crude oil.Pour point measurement,DSC and rheological measurement were used to study the effect of the composite depressant on crude oil,and the experimental results showed that the additive dose 100 ppm of composite depressant couldreduce thepour point of crude oil by 7 ℃ and reduce the oil viscosity greatly at the same temperature,whose viscosity reduction rate could reach 80%.Furthermore,composite depressant could also reduce the crude oil yield value.The mechanism of pour point reduction and viscosity reduction for composite depressant is given in the end.
