纳米粒子对共连续型共混物应力松弛行为的影响

【摘要】 考察了不同表面性质的二氧化硅(SiO2)纳米粒子及其含量的变化对共连续型聚丙烯(PP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物在线性粘弹区内施加步阶剪切应变后应力松弛行为的影响。添加亲水性和疏水性Si O2粒子均使共混物的应力松弛行为显著减慢,但是亲水粒子的效果更显著。这是由于亲水性粒子与PS组分亲和性较强,导致PS粘弹性质提高的幅度比较显著;而疏水粒子主要分布在界面处和PS相中,虽然也可以使PS相粘弹性增大,但是增加的幅度不如亲水粒子那么明显。总的来说,填充共混物应力松弛行为的减慢主要原因是由于SiO2纳米粒子的加入而引起的组分粘弹性增加。
【Abstract】 Effects of nanosilica with different surface chemistries on the relaxation behavior of PP/PS 50/50 blends in the linear region were investigated.The relaxation behavior of the PP/PS 50/50 blends was retarded by adding both hydrophilic and hydrophobic nanosilica,but hydrophilic silica make this effect more obvious.It was ascribed to the significantly enhanced viscoelasticity induced by the affinity of the hydrophilic silica and PS phase.However,hydrophobic silica located at the interface and PS phase,resulting in less improvement of the viscoelasticity of the PS phase.
