高温容器衬里设备衬里材料热-力学试验及损伤模型研究

【摘要】 通过室内升保温试验和三轴试验对WHL-3A型衬里材料导热性能及其本构关系进行了研究。试验采用工业衬里标准SH/T3504-2013规范严格控制炉膛升保温流程,并使得金属、衬里层厚度及接合方式与衬里设备国标GB50474-2008一致。试验研究了升保温工况下衬里层内外壁温度分布规律并计算其导热系数,测试得到衬里材料的力学性质参数及其应力-应变关系。采用非线性传热理论研究了非稳态温度载荷下衬里-金属复合结构的传热规律,得到衬里内表面和外表面温度平均值与衬里导热系数的拟合关系式,并计算衬里材料热固耦合应力-应变关系。将结果与数值结果进行比较,得到衬里导热系数修正值,利用修正结果建立直筒斜大开口结构损伤模型并进行算例验证,显示了良好的计算可行性,误差范围控制在±5%以内。

【Abstract】 Thermal conductivity and constitutive relations of lining material "WHL-3A-type" is studied by temperature tests under insulating/heating load and triaxial tests. The tests use industry lining standard SH/T3504-2013 to norm the temperature process and lining devices standard GB50474-2008 to control the bonding method and layer thickness. Thermal conductivity is confirmed under the insulating/heating condition. Mechanical properties are obtained and stress-strain relations of the liner material are studied through the MTS test. The thermodynamic properties of lining are studied using Bilinear-Kinematic(BKIN) model and heat transfer law of lining-metal composite structure under insulating/heating load is obtained through nonlinear heat transfer theory. The thermal conductivity and the arithmetic mean of the surface temperature of lining layer are fitted to formula and the coupled stress-strain relations of lining material are calculated. Modified thermal conductivity and lining-metal damage model is proposed with the error range of 5% according to the comparison results and oblique opening composite model is established to verify the calculating feasibility using the modified model. The calculation results show that the model has good applicability and the accuracy is reliable.
