冷喷涂制备W-Cu合金复合材料的研究

【摘要】 本文以混合粉和包覆粉为原料,采用冷喷涂技术制备了W-Cu合金复合材料,比较了沉积体中W含量、组织均匀致密性的差别,讨论了粉体加速行为及沉积特性等影响沉积体质量的因素;分析了包覆粉沉积体的相组成,测试了其硬度、电导率等性能。结果发现,采用铜包钨粉喂料制备的沉积体中组元分布均匀、组织致密、无氧化物存在,W的损失率比混合粉喂料有明显降低;测试的相关指标基本满足国家标准对电接触W-Cu材料的要求。本文工作表明,基于包覆粉的冷喷涂W-Cu合金复合材料制备技术可行,应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 In this paper, mechanically mixed W/Cu powders and Cu coated W powders were used as feedstock, W-Cu alloy composites were prepared by cold spray technology. W contents in the deposits and their uniformity and density were compared, the main factors such as particles acceleration behavior and deposition characteristics affecting the quality of the deposits were discussed. The structures of the deposits made from the coated powders were analyzed and some properties such as hardness, conductivity were detected. The results show that in the deposits made from the coated powders by cold spray, the components distribution is uniform, structures dense, free of oxide, W loss reduced obviously corresponding to the case of mixed powders. The related indices basically match the requirements to electrical contact materials in the National Standard. It is confirmed that the technology based on cold spray and coated powders for W-Cu alloy composites preparation is feasible and prospected.
