Fe3Al基金属间化合物的高温力学性能研究
High temperature mechanical properties of Fe3Al-based intermetallics

【摘要】 研究了不同Zr、Mo含量的Fe3Al基金属间化合物合金铸态及锻态的显微组织及700℃-900℃的高温力学性能,结果发现Fe3Al基合金700℃时的高温拉伸和持久性能明显优于800℃和900℃,且铸态组织的性能优于锻态,但温度越高,铸态和锻态的差异越小。合金元素Zr主要以Zr B2粒子析出,分布于晶界的细小析出有利于拉伸和持久性能的提高。合金元素Mo对铸态组织的拉伸和持久性能影响均不显著,但显著提高锻态合金的持久性能。700℃时良好的高温性能主要源于合金的B2有序结构。
【Abstract】 High temperature mechanical properties between 700 ℃- 900 ℃ of Fe3Al-based intermetallics with different Zr, Mo content and different microstructures were investigated. It was found that high temperature tensile properties and rupture properties at 700 ℃ were significantly better than those at 800 ℃ and 900 ℃, and the properties of in-cast state were better than those of forging state, but the higher the temperature, the smaller the difference. Alloying elements Zr which was existed as Zr B2 particles mainly distributed in the grain boundaries. Fine precipitates were beneficial to the improvement of mechanical properties. Alloying elements Mo in the in-cast alloys had little effect on the high temperature properties, but significantly improve the rupture properties of forging state alloys. Good high temperature properties at 700 ℃ of Fe3Al-based intermetallics is mainly due to B2 ordered structure of the alloy.
