具有核壳结构的三元共混物的弹性性能和强度预测的二阶双尺度方法

【摘要】 具有核壳结构的PA6/EPDM-g-MA/HDPE三元共混物具有优异的力学性能。本文采用二阶双尺度方法模拟该共混物的弹性性能和拉伸强度,建立其形态与性能之间的关联。首先给出了预测弹性性能的二阶双尺度方法和预测强度的极限分析问题。然后计算机生成了能够模拟三元共混物真实形态的核壳-单质颗粒共存的仿真模型。引入统一强度理论,比较了不同强度准则对强度预测的影响,选取了预测强度更接近实验值的强度准则。与实验及其他方法的比较,验证了本文方法的可靠性。最后,数值模拟了不同单质质量比和不同壳层厚度对共混物力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Core-shell particle-filled PA6/EPDM-g-MA/HDPE ternary blend has excellent mechanical properties.In this paper,effective elastic properties and strength of the ternary blend are predicted by the second-order two-scale method,to investigate the relationship of its morphology and mechanical properties.The method and the limit analysis problem for predicting mechanical properties of random heterogeneous materials are briefly introduced.Realistic morphology of the ternary blend including both core-shell particles and pure particles is simulated and the finite element mesh is generated.The unified strength theory is embedded in the method for the convenience of selecting a suitable strength criterion.The effective elastic moduliand tensile strength predicted by the method is compared with analytical and experimental results.Finally,effect of shell thickness in the core-shell particles on the effective elastic moduli and tensile strength is investigated.
