可控气氛高温氧化磨损试验机的研制

【摘要】 可控气氛高温氧化磨损试验机的使用温度可控制在室温~1100℃,控温精度达±1℃。该机高温腔密封更合理气氛控制更科学,磨料控制更准确,可有效模拟和研究材料在高温氧化磨损工况中的失效机理,自动实现间歇氧化-磨损试验,从而可大幅度改变和调整氧化分量与磨损分量。试验机试验数据重现性好,自动化程度高。
【Abstract】 An atmosphere controlled high temperature oxidation wear tester with working temperature of 20℃ to 1100℃ and ± 1℃ of controlling precision was developed. The tester had more reasonable high temperature sealed chamber, more scientific and precise control of atmosphere and abrasives, and could effectively simulate and study the efficacy losing mechanism of materials at high temperature and corrosion condition. It could also automatically carry out the intermittent oxidation-wear test, so that the ratio of oxidation to wear could be modified and regulated automatically on a large scale. The tester had good data repetition and high degree of process automation.
